Do you have administrator rights on that computer? Also can you try to "Run as Administrator" (right click on Grome.exe from Builder/Bin and select that option) and see if it works. For some vista systems even if you are the user who installed Grome, you need to be administrator to run it. We are looking into this issues since other users reported it.
Also, you can send us the files from Builder/Bin/Logs (you can use support at quadsoftware.com email) produced after you run Grome.
