RAW import error

Hi, We´ve purchased the professional edition, but I can´t import a big raw heightmap. the error window says: "I/O Error - Error opening the import file"
I´ve read a lot of topics lloking for a way to import heightmaps, but aparently this is the right way, through file, import, raw data.
I´ve already checked the heighmap, different resolutions, all in 16bit, but always the same error...
It´s maybe a bug in the program of It´s me doing something wrong? please all help will be appreciated!!!!

Thanks!!!

Hi,

I just tested the last build (1.20.14) and the RAW import is working for me.

What grome build are you using? What operating system do you have? Is it Vista? Do you have "hide file extensions for known types" option on (in windows explorer)?

Can you send me the console.log file from Builder/logs?
Also can you send me the heightmap raw file? You can use licu at quadsoftware.com.

Thank you,
Adrian L.
