Shadowmap is representing by a normal terrain layer mask. Basically shadowmap generation tool is modifying the mask of a layer that contains only a small black texture. So where the mask is transparent the black (shadow) is visible, where is opaque the bellow colors are shown. Where is gray it is a penumbra.
So basically by exporting the layers masks you get the shadow map. Just retain the name of the layer you are using to keep the shadow layer and by choosing "Masks: Save to export folder" and "Name files based on zones and layers". You will get your masks as tga files with a name constructed from the zone - layer names. By knowing the name of your shadowmap layer you can easily identify the shadow files.
