Tips & tricks
Hi everybody,
Here are some tips and tricks for a 1024 x 1024 terrain zone with 10 m tile
I am using 4 layer of high map and some brush tweaking (with a crater as a mask )

The first layer of high map is a simple fractal noise ( rocky3 preset) with some small modification as you can see in the pictures below

The second layer it’s also a fractal noise ( eroded mountains from presets ) leveled with the brush in some aria (as you see in the pictures)

The third layer is an hydraulic erosion with water amount and soil hardness on minimum

The four and final layer is hydraulic erosion with water amount one quarter and soil hardness on maxim

IN THE FORTH LAYER I LEVELD THE FLAT ARRIA AND ADD SOME DETAIL WITH THE BRUSH (with a crater as a mask)
