After re-installing and discovering that the activation process wouldn't initialize unless I used the 32bit version of Grome I thought I might be able to use the 64bit version.

So far the 64bit version crashes (just disappears with no error codes or warning dialog boxes) during new file creation.

Hi,

Do you have some disk utility installed (like symbolic link, network utility etc)? I do notice that 64 bit file dialog crashes when some utilities are installed.

You can also try to send me the console logs (files in Builder/Bin64/Logs folder) via email (licu at quadsoftware.com) and I will have a look.
