Hi,
I have download and install Grome 3.10 Demo to explore some of the programm features, but when I try to use selection masks (Lasso or SelBrush) I have a strange result. It seems that the masks are not attached to the zones, and when rotating camera they become separated.

I have a few screenshots to describe the problem.
Any recommendations and suggestions would be very helpful.

Thank

Alex

Hello,

Can you please send us a testing scene? You can just zip it and send it to support at quadsoftware.com email address.

Also please send the files from Builder/Bin32/Logs (if you are running 32bit) or Builder/Bin64/Logs if you are running 64 bit.

Thank you,
Adrian Licu

It seems that I solved the problem. I'm working on a laptop and all I had to do is run the program with Nvidia GPU, not with an integrated Intel GPU. In this case all masks in my scene are work fine.

Thank You for the quick reply.

Hello,

I am glad to hear that it is solved, Intel graphics drivers are notoriously bad so probably it was a driver issue.

Kind regards,
Adrian
