Does it possible? I'm super fan of linux OS but i have installed Grome on my Windows partition, now i'm considering to try it on my linux partition (the same machine) after installation, and license activation process i get an 'error 17' invalid license with my windows license, must i deactivate the app on the windows partition before to activate on Ubuntu on the same machine? Does is not possible to use on the same machine the same license?
Thanks |

Hi,
Probably the license activation algorithm detects a different hardware configuration (which should not happen, because you are running on the same machine). You may try to run Grome as administrator (right click on Grome.exe from Builder/Bin32 or Builder/Bin64 and choose Run As Administrator) to see if you get the same error.
If the error persists, please send us an email with the new hardware ID generated on the Linux partition and we will create a secondary license file for you.
Kind Regards,
Adrian L. |

Running an application with administrative privilegies under wine is not simple and obvious, i send to you @Alicu an e-mail with my data.
thanks for your support! |

Yes, the new license ID indicate that not all hardware components were identified (some need admin privileges). I've sent you another license to be used for this installation. Let me know if you have any issues.
Kind Regards,

i received the key and now i can work with Grome under wine! very good!
i notice a little issue scrolling the properties windows, they became unusable and unreadable, but expanding them solved partially this issue, maybe a lack with wine, i have to investigate on this. |
