I've just registered on the website and purchased Grome, but the Available Services link is nowhere to be found so I can't download it.
I've tried 3 different browsers with no luck. (BTW your menus don't work in the most recent versions of IE and Chrome).
Your help would be most appreciated.

Hello Andy,
Probably you've already found this but here is the complete description:
- Login from the site main page (www.quadsoftware.com);
- If you have your account marked as client (which you do), in the same area (only after login) Available Services appears (besides edit profile, logout and other links);
- Click on that link and a new page is shown from where you can go to Grome 3 download page;
- From this download page you can get latest Grome, Graphite engine, libraries of textures and objects etc.

Many thanks.
It did take a while before the link appeared - I presume you had to do some admin work at your end.
Everything is working as it should - I've downloaded, installed and licensed the client and I'm currently going through the tutorials on the website.
