The card seems fine (I mean it should be able to represent the water without any problems). The strange thing is that from the console it seems that the water shaders are compiled without any problems. Next week I will make a special debugging build for you with more information at the console.

In the mean time if you can test with various drivers and video cards would be great.

Here is the shot I emailed Adrian in case Mihai has any ideas too. Does it look like the mask was left black? I did it again, made the mask white and clicked ok.

Adrian, the only way I could test against other vid cards would be to load graphite or grome onto another computer and I beleive this would violate my liscence.

If it turns out to need this special debugging built I would be most appreciative for it. Thanks so much.

wait I am wrong. Did some camera moving in the viewer and there is reflections and the ground is indeed under the water line. There is just no rippling.

Ok I am back from vacation, reinstalled the drivers and have the same thing going on. I emailed you Adrian. Thanks for your help and I am looking forward to looking at the new tutorial!

Hello Rebecca,

Can you please send me the map as exported for Graphite? I want to check if this works on our systems with the rippling. Tomorrow I will review the water code and see where I can insert some debugging information to track this error down on your system. From what I can see your system is behaving like not having enough texture units, but it can be 1000 other causes too.
