Hi,

Just started looking through the tutorials on Grome. I was wondering if there is a way to export a finalized terrain texture out of Grome? I am working with a game engine that currently combines a separate heightmap and overlays a single large texture for the terrain (Torque).

I was also wondering if the Core engine is feasibly priced for indie/non-profit projects. My next question is if it lends itself towards the FPS genre.

This looks like a fantastic product, I'm looking forward to learning more about it and actually trying it out. Smile

Hello,

We will offer Torque integration shortly after release. We already have all the implementation details (how ATLAS constructs its terrain paged data) and we will offer export to suitable raw and image data.

Core engine is not yet available for licensing. For now only Grome is available and should be noted that the editor is in no way linked to the underlaying engine. It is a general game orientated modeling application. He is suitable to any type of game (example: for both plane simulations and FPS games).
