Hi,
We formatted and installed Windows XP 64bit onto the PC where grome was previously installed.

After we installed it, it says that the configuration is not correct. We are running on SP1..maybe we need SP2 or 3?

Hi,

Can you post a screenshot of your problem? From what I know there is no need for a SP to run on XP 64bit.

Regards,
Adrian L.

I've send you a program by email to check if there is a missing DLL. Please check your inbox, let me know if you don't receive it.

Hello,

It seems that the missing DLLs are: DEVMGR.DLL and MSJAVA.DLL. These are not directly needed by Grome, but it seems that a mistake from Microsoft (corrected in SP2) makes them necessary for all sorts of 64bit applications. Now they fixed this (searching the web it seems that many had this problem) starting with SP2. Alternatively you can download these files and put them in windows/system32 (or, I think, in the Grome/Bin64 folder).

Regards,
Adrian L.
